Ross and Simon Fraser opened their first restaurant in what was formerly a very cluttered small burger diner. The challenge was to keep to a small budget and expand the seating to include 40 people, an open kitchen and seating around the bar. It was their first restaurant so they were on a tight budget. It became the most sought after location to eat within a few months. A year later an opportunity arose to moved into a larger space. We kept similar elements to maintain their brand and keep loyal clients in a familier setting they had grown to love. Again we opened the kitchen and created more seating at the bar. We also design site specific art work and lighting.
