Property Development

Propert development and web branding for residential properties in Canada, Australia and the UK. Melbourne based Sixteen Paws development group wanted to create modern inviting homes for young families and urban professionals who want to get out of hectic Melboure. The properties are currently under construction with virtual walk-though imaging for prospective buyers. Located an hour from Melbourne, Barwon Heads is like the Hamptons to New York. Two other projects with this same company are in the design phase.

Exhitibion Design

While in New York I worked with ESI design, (Edward Schlossberg Design) and Gisela Stromeyer. Both work in exhibition design but in two very different ways. Gisela creates interior tent spaces with sails while Ed creates museum experiences that bring people together. While designing a new space I will work with hand drawn sketches to better convey a sense of warmth to the space.

London Residence

This bachelor pad was transformed into a home filled with hand crafted details, a relaxing bathroom and a custom designed kitchen where all guests gravitate. It all began with the flooring. We salvaged old roof timbers, cut them down to 2" 4" tiles and created an art work on the floor. Colour was introduced throughout the apartment with handmade paints which change the colour of the walls depending on the time of day. We removed an internal wall and redesigned the back entrance to open up the kitchen and allow more natural light into the the cosy space.

New York Projects

While in New York City, I join one of my professor's architecture firms; GVZ architects. It was a small firm who took on large projects so I was given the opportunity to work in all stages of design and building process. We worked on schools, aids health facilities, nursery schools, retail spaces in Rockefeller Center, restaurants and residential projects.

Melbourne Residence

Melbourne Family Residence began as a two bedroom home in Malvern and expanded into a four bedroom two story modern home full of colour. Along with the expansion the family wanted to introduce colour and contemporary finishes while still keep some of their old pieces. Upon moving in they found the redesign was "exactly what we were looking for".
